What is Actinica Lotion?
Actinica Lotion, a unique combination of six sun filters is a highly effective medication device with broad spectrum UV protection. The medicated spray has the ability to absorb, reflect and scatter UV radiation. It is designed specifically to prevent the development of skin cancer, actinic keratoses and squamous cell carcinoma in people with a high rate of UV exposure. It also has moisturizing properties with no fragrance or PEG emulsifiers and is suitable for all skin types.
How is Actinica Lotion used?
Actinica Lotion is usually sprayed topically once each day in the morning or as directed by a doctor. It should be sprayed to areas of the skin that will be exposed to UV light and that are not covered by clothing. Contact a doctor for the correct dosage and length of treatment as will depend on the patient’s condition and their response to the therapy. For patients intending to use cosmetics, allow the lotion to fully penetrate the skin before applying other products.
Adverse effects
Actinica Lotion is generally very well tolerated but may cause minor side effects such as:

Warnings
