What is Avipro Plus?
Avipro Plus is an all species prebiotic and probiotic blend enhanced with enzymes, electrolytes, vitamins and good bacteria. It contains bacteria that encourage the right conditions to allow the natural gut flora to re-establish itself, vitamin A, C and E to compensate for the losses occurring during stress and electrolytes to aid in maintaining adequate levels during bouts of diarrhea. It can also be used as oral rehydration in animals which have become dehydrated.
How is Avipro Plus used?
Avipro Plus should be added to your pet’s drinking water or food for oral consumption. For general nutritional aid, add 1 scoop per 200ml of drinking water. Add 1 generous pinch per 1 kg of your pet's weight if you are using in or on pet food or feed. Contact a veterinarian for the correct dosage as it will depend on the pet’s weight and condition.
Adverse effects
Avipro Plus is generally very well tolerated with no known side effects.
Warnings
Immediately proceed to the veterinarian if your pet suffers an allergic reaction. Symptoms usually associated with such a reaction include difficulty breathing or swallowing, chest tightness, swelling, skin rashes, and hives.
Avipro Plus is not always suitable for all animals. Always consult your veterinarian prior to using this medication if your pet is pregnant, breastfeeding, breeding, using any other medication (prescription or non-prescription), using any herbal products or supplements, or if it has any allergies or other health problems.
