What is Cholodin Canine?
Cholodin Canine is a combination dietary supplement containing choline, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. The chewable tablets acts as neurotransmitter precursors to prevent fatty livers, donate methyl groups needed to synthesize other compounds, assist in acetylcholine formation and is a component of phospolipid, lecithin along with being a constituent of plasmalogens, which are abundant in mitochondria and sphingomyelin, bound particularly in the brain. The medication can aide in improving mental health, hearing, muscle tone and hair coat to help senior dogs rediscover their youth.
How is Cholodin Canine used?
Cholodin Canine is usually given to the pet once per day or as otherwise directed by a veterinarian. The chewable tablets can be hand fed directly to the dog or crumbled up and mixed thoroughly into their pet food for self consumption. Contact a veterinarian for the correct dosage and length of treatment as it will depend on the pet’s condition and their response to the therapy. The recommended dosage for smaller dogs is 1/2 to 1 tablet per day and 1 to 2 tablets for larger dogs.
