What is Eukroma-Lite?
Eukroma-Lite is a topical medication prescribed to reduce the appearance of darkened areas on the skin. These conditions can include freckles, moles, age spots, or patches that are do not match the surrounding area. It operates by reducing the amount of melanin in the treated area to lighten it until it blends with other areas. Your health care provider may prescribe it to be used along with other treatments or for other conditions not listed here.
How is Eukroma-Lite used?
Strictly use Eukroma-Lite as instructed by your health care provider to get the safest and most effective treatment. It is normally applied to the affected area twice each day, but your particular dosage and frequency of administration will be determined by your health condition, symptoms, and response to other treatments. Never attempt to self-medicate or alter any of the given instructions to prevent causing unexpected health problems.
Before beginning regular use, you may be instructed to apply a small amount of medication on the skin to ensure any unusual reactions will not occur. Before applying the cream, thoroughly wash and dry the area to be treated. Put a small amount of medication on the skin and gently massage it in allowing any excess to air dry. Wash your hands after each application to prevent the cream from affecting your palms. It is suggested to use the medication at the same time each day to get the most efficient results by keeping a consistent level of medicine on the skin.
Attend regular consultations with your health care provider while undergoing treatment to make sure you are getting the correct results. After observing your response to the medication, you may be instructed to adjust your frequency of administration until the best effects are found. If you have any questions about the medicine, be sure to ask your pharmacist or health care provider to ensure the correct usage.
