What is Gold Omega 3?
Gold Omega 3 is a dietary supplement containing 2 sources of omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants, fish oil converted to 65% content of omega 3 and krill oil. An adequate amount of omega 3 fatty acids in the diet can help maintain proper levels of triglycerides, normal vision, normal blood pressure as well as the proper functioning of the brain and heart. The food supplement should be used in combination with a varied and balanced diet along with a healthy lifestyle and should not used as a substitute for them.
How is Gold Omega 3 used?
Gold Omega 3 is usually taken 1 capsule once per day or as directed by a doctor. The capsules can be taken with or without food but should be taken with a full glass of water. Contact a doctor for the correct dosage and length of treatment as it will depend on the patient’s condition and their response to the therapy.
Adverse effects
