Irovel H is a diuretic which is used to lower high blood pressure (hypertension). Its active ingredients, Irovel H and Irbesartan, contain Hydrochlorothiazide and Irbesartan. It is also an angiotensin II receptor antagonist that will decrease fluid retention through eliminating excess salt in the patient's body.

Irovel containing the active ingredient irbesartan belongs to a class of medications called angiotensin II receptor antagonists. The medication works by preventing the action of certain natural substances that tightens blood vessels so blood can flow more smoothly and allow the heart to pump more efficiently. The tablets can be taken alone or along with other medicine to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) which helps prevent heart attacks and strokes. Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes may also use the drug to treat kidney diseases caused by diabetes and high blood pressure.

Inderal works by blocking the action of certain natural substances in the body to relax blood vessels and slow heart rate which can help improve blood flow and decrease blood pressure. It can be used to treat or prevent a variety of conditions such as high blood pressure (hypertension), heart rhythm disorders, tremors, anxiety, chest pain (angina), migraines and help increase the chance for survival after a heart attack.

GTN Spray containing the active ingredient glyceryl trinitrate is considered a nitrate or vasodilator type of medication. The medication can help temporarily relax the blood vessels in the heart to allow the heart to pump blood easier and reduce the strain on the heart. It can be used in the treatment of angina (chest pain) in patients who have coronary artery disease. Some people may also use it before activities that may cause angina to prevent angina attacks.
