What is KIWOF PUPPY?
Kiwof Puppy containing the active ingredients pyrantel pamoate and febantel is considered a broad spectrum dewormer type of medication. The medication works by acting on the cholinergic receptors of the worms and will be eliminated in the intestinal tract of the pet. It is effective against all spectrums of worms such as whipworms, hookworms and ascarids.
How is KIWOF PUPPY used?
Kiwof Puppy is usually given by the oral route, either directly or mixed in with their pet food. Contact a veterinarian for the correct dosage and treatment cycle as it will depend on the pet’s age, weight and response to the therapy. The usual dose is 1ml for every 1kg of bodyweight. Puppies under 3 months of age should take the medication once every 2 weeks, puppies between 3 to 6 months of age should take it once every month and puppies older than 6 months of age should take it every 3 months.
