What is Lupride Injection?
Lupride injection is predominately used by female patients to help treat endometriosis. Endometriosis is when cells start to grow outside of the uterus which results in pain surrounding the ovaries, uterus and fallopian tubes. This medicine will help to inhibit the further growth of these cells, reducing pain and discomfort.
How is Lupride Injection used?
Lupride Injection is usually administered by a healthcare professional via injection. This medication is intended for short term use (less than 6 months) and is administered once a month. Patients who miss an injection appointment may experience menstruation. Contact a doctor for the correct dosage and length of treatment as it will depend on the patient's condition and their response to the therapy.
Adverse effects
Patients using Lupride Injection may encounter unwanted side effects such as:
- Abnormal weakness, dizziness, nervousness, or anxiety

Warnings
