What is Medrol?
Medrol containing the active ingredient methylprednisolone is a corticosteroid type of medication. The medication prevents certain substances in the body that cause inflammation. It is used to treat conditions caused by inflammation such as allergic disorders, asthma and certain types of arthritis, skin, blood, kidney, eye, thyroid and intestinal disorders. Some patients may also use the medication to treat certain types of cancer.
How is Medrol used?
