Progynova (Oestradiol) is a synthetic form of the female sex hormone that is produced in the ovaries, estrogen. Zhewitra (Generic Levitra or Vardenafil) is an erectile dysfunction treatment for men. Zhewitra (Generic Levitra) has the same mechanism of action as sildenafil (Viagra). It blocks an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-5, or PDE-5. This helps the smooth muscles in the penis to relax, which effectively increases blood flow. Zhewitra will not give a man an erection spontaneously, it will only help a man to get an erection if he is sexually stimulated.
