What is ProMotion for Small Dogs/Cats?
ProMotion can help provide cushioning, which can help protect your pet’s joints while exercising. It is considered an antioxidant supplement for joint maintenance given to small dogs and cats. It can help maintain adequate levels of nutrients required to build and repair connective tissue. The medication can also hydrate the joints by increasing the production of molecules that bind and hold water in the cartilage. Having strong and healthy joints can give your pet a higher quality of life.
How is ProMotion for Small Dogs/Cats used?
ProMotion should be given to your pet as directed by a veterinarian, usually once per day. The medication can be given to your pet directly or mixed with pet’s food to help with administration of supplement. Contact a veterinarian for the correct dosage and length of treatment as it will depend on the pet’s weight, condition and their response to the supplement. The maintenance dose for pets weighting 0.5 to 5.5kg is 1 tablet per day and 2 tablets per day for pets that weight between 5.5 to 11.25kg. The dosage should be doubled for the first 5 days of the treatment.

ProMotion is usually well tolerated with no reported side effects.
Warnings
The full effects of the medication may not be noticeable until after 3 to 4 weeks of treatment.
Immediately proceed to the veterinarian if your pet suffers an allergic reaction. Symptoms usually associated with such a reaction include difficulty breathing or swallowing, chest tightness, swelling, skin rashes, and hives.
ProMotion for Small Dogs/Cats is not always suitable for all animals. Always consult your veterinarian prior to using this medication if your pet is pregnant, breastfeeding, breeding, using any other medication (prescription or non-prescription), using any herbal products or supplements, or if it has any allergies or other health problems.
