What is Pyracezine?
Pyracezine is a combination medicine containing piracetam and cinnarizine. It is used in the treatment of cerebrovascular conditions that can benefit from increased blood flow and oxygen delivery to the brain. The combination of a nootropic and an antihistamine / calcium-channel blocker work in synergy to increase blood flow to the brain and to enhance the metabolic processes in the brain. Pyracezine also has a powerful nootropic effect and can improve cognition and memory.
How is Pyracezine used?
Pyracezine is used by many for its nootropic effect. Piracetam is a wll-known nootropic, and the additional blood flow resulting from Cinnarizine increases its effectiveness.
Pyracezine can be used as a treatment for conditions that need increased blood flow and oxygen transport to the brain. This includes the following conditions:
- acute and chronic cerebovascular diseases
- brain injury
- inflammatory and/or infectious CNS diseases
- labyrinthopathy
- vertigo
- motion sickness
- dizziness
- roaring in the ears

In most cases, adults will require one or two capsules three times daily. The dosage and frequency will depend on the condition being treated and your medical history. Your doctor will advise you for how long to take Pyracezine. Children take a similar dosage but less frequently. Follw the dosage instructions provided by your doctor.
Each pack of Pyracezine contains 60 capsules with 400mg of piracetam and 25mg of cinnarizineper capsule.
Warnings
Pyracezine should be used with caution in patients with renal failure or kidney damage as it can cause complications.
Safety of Pyracezine in pregnant women or in women who are breastfeeding has yet to be established. If you are pregnent or breastsfeeding, discuss the potential benefits and risks of treatment before using Pyracezine.
Pyracezine can lead to false positive sports doping tests.
Vasodilators and antihypertensive agents can increase the effects of Pyracezine. You may need to adjust the dosage accordingly if you are taking any of these. |
