What is Respidon?

Some people may give the medication to children between 5 to 16 years of age who have autism to reduce and treat irritability and aggressive behavior.
How is Respidon used?
Respidon is usually taken orally 1 to 2 times per day or as directed by a doctor. The medication can be taken with or without food but should be taken with a full glass of water. Contact a doctor for the correct dosage and length of treatment as it will depend on the patient's condition and their response to the therapy. Your health care provider should start you on a low dose and gradually increase the dosage to allow your body to adjust to the medication. Do not adjust the dosage without consulting your doctor.
