How is Validol used? Validol comes in a pack of 20 x 60mg sublingual tablets.
Because Validol is a sublingual tablet, it is very fast acting. Most people will feel a calming effect within the first five minutes after taking Validol. If the effect is insufficient, a second tablet can be taken immediately.
Validol tablets should be place under the tongue and allowed to dissolve. Do not swallow these whole, or crush or chew the tablets.
The maximum recommended dose of Validol is ten tablets per day.
