Products that are not recommended for seborrheic dermatitis

  1. Fast digestible carbohydrates.

It is recommended to limit potatoes, pasta made from white flour and other similar products. When glucose is consumed, fungi multiply faster. They grow and multiply, acting on the skin on the surface and penetrating deeper layers.

  1. Spicy dishes.

Spicy, marinated dishes with lots of spices impair the functioning of the stomach and intestines. They interfere with the digestion of food and reduce the number of beneficial microbes. With seborrheic dermatitis, eating such foods worsens the course of the disease.

  1. Alcohol.

Alcohol impairs the functioning of the liver, does not allow it to completely neutralize toxins, disrupts the production of bile and its timely release into the intestine. Vascular spasms with their late abrupt expansion negatively affect the nutrition of the skin and slow down its recovery.

  1. Fried and fatty.

It is not recommended to fry food during the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis, as the fat consumed can adversely affect the digestive tract. Fried food also has carcinogenic properties (it provokes the development of malignant tumors).

All food should be steamed or boiled. This will preserve the greatest amount of nutrients and prevent the release of harmful substances during cooking.

If you are going to cook different dishes in the oven, be sure to place the products in a special oven bag or baking dish before baking. This will not only improve intestinal motility, but also save more nutrients.

With seborrheic dermatitis, doctors recommend regular consumption of jellied fish or fruit jelly. All these products contain gelatin, which has a positive effect on the condition of the skin. You can also use agar instead of gelatin.

Eating and drinking the above 4 products disrupts all metabolic processes in the body. Thus, their exclusion from the diet will solve several problems simultaneously.

The main rule – do not shock your body. It is necessary to gradually adapt to the new diet intended for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis. The peculiarity of this diet is the exclusion from the diet of harmful foods and frequent meals (you need to eat often, but in small portions). With proper nutrition, the disease will develop less frequently. But it is worth remembering about other reasons – hormonal imbalance, stress or organ pathology. In the acute form of the disease, the diet is characterized by increased severity. It is extremely important not only to eat healthy food, but also to maintain water balance. To maintain it, you need to drink enough fluids every day. Once in the stomach and intestines, water is involved in the excretion of toxins. Water is also needed to normalize metabolism, to saturate skin cells, which makes them elastic.

Adherence to a diet and taking effective drugs (such as Nizoral Cream or Coresatin Nonsteroidal Cream) will help to get rid of the disease quickly!
