  4. Do not eat at least 2 hours before bedtime. It seems that it is very simple, but most people really want to eat something before going to bed, often it is high-calorie and unhealthy food. If you also want to eat something late at night, drink a glass of yogurt, water or green tea, or just call a friend, or take a little walk in the fresh air. This will help to get rid of the feeling of hunger for a while.
  5. On average, an adult needs to consume 2 liters of water per day. After all, it is not for nothing that our body consists of 70 percent water, so the importance of adequate hydration of the body should not be underestimated! Water helps to excrete toxins from the body, contributes to the normalization of metabolism, functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular and endocrine systems. Only cells enriched with water are able to break down fats, while water is completely devoid of calories.
