5 tips and 5 recipes for hair care

Any woman wants a beautiful and thick hair, like their great-grandmothers. There are so many different hair care products on store shelves, and you can find hair care recipes in books, online, or even in Grandma’s notebook. But all of them may not give the expected effect. Why so? There are nuances due to which the desired effect may not occur. You must remember a few rules that will help you in the future.

  1. First, talk with a specialist – cosmetologist or dermatologist. Maybe your hair problem is in malnutrition or illness. Then even the most wonderful lotion or mask will not be able to help your situation. First you need to solve the main problem.
  2. Use of professional remedies and medicines. In the cases described above, regular cosmetics will not help; you need to use professional remedies and medications, depending on the cause of the hair problem. A large number of such remedies can be found in the Hair section.
  3. Make sure you are not allergic to any components of your hair care products. Apply the lotion on the scalp for ten minutes, if there is no redness and itching, then you can safely start using it.
  4. If a holiday is planned, it is better to wait a bit with the new hair masks, because an unpredictable reaction may occur. A girl in a beautiful dress and with a beautiful hairstyle, which scratches her head all evening, will not look very attractive.
  5. You can also use recipes of folk medicine. They work quickly, but not for long. It is desirable to use each recipe for at least a month, periodically changing to another.
