One of the recipes for excellent skin color and getting rid of rashes is vegetable or fruit cocktails. Here, for example, is a recipe for a low-calorie and tasty cocktail to support the health of the body and improve the complexion. Add healthy herbs (spinach, celery, arugula, lettuce – you can buy them in any hypermarket), warm water, and sweet fruits (strawberries, mango, banana) to the blender. You can also add a spoonful of honey. Mix everything and drink a glass. You can replace breakfast or dinner with such a cocktail.

You can also use creams with glycolic acid (Glyco 6 Cream), which is a naturally substance and can be found in products such as fruits, milk and sugar cane. And so that the skin renews itself more quickly, as well as to reduce acne pimples and blackhead formation, apply creams with Azelaic Acid (Aziderm Cream) twice a day.
