Self-massage helps improve condition of the skin

Everyone knows that massage is very useful, helps to lose weight, improve the condition of the skin and even get rid of cellulite. Many modern people are very busy with work, children, partner, and as a result, there is very little time for themselves. Some do not have enough money to visit a spa or massage therapist. The solution to the problem is self-massage.

Most people think that massages for weight loss and skin elasticity are better in massage parlors, because there are excellent specialists and super effective and expensive products. The simplest remedies such as essential oils, salt, coffee and even spices will help with the same effectiveness as a remedy brought from any other continent, the cost of which is too high for you. And your hands will make the best massage, because you feel where the movements can be more intense, and where you should be gentler. Optionally, you can purchase massage equipment from the store, such as foot massagers, or anti-age cream, such as Glyco 6 Cream or Demelan Cream (whitening agent).

Preparation for massage

You should remember that massage is like physical exercise for the body, it cannot be done within two hours after a meal and you cannot eat for another hour after the massage. First, you need to warm up your body by taking a shower and using a body scrub. The scrub can be purchased, or it can be made by you, for example, you can add sea salt to an ordinary shower gel, but not too much, so as not to damage the skin. Also, you can add coffee (just not instant), many people take it from a coffee maker. Some make their own homemade soap-scrub with various, even herbal, additives.

Method of self-massage

Massage can be done both lying down and standing. It is recommended to relax moderately to improve blood circulation as much as possible.

  1. You need to start with warming up, that is, stroking the body. And remember that the stomach should be stroked clockwise. Then stroke the back and thighs for two minutes on each part of the body.
  2. After that, massage the skin a little harder by pressing with your fingers.
  3. The next stage is active kneading. Gently pinch the skin from right to left and vice versa, and then from top to bottom and from bottom to top. Do not forget to do it in the same order in which you stroked the body, if you started from the stomach, then massage the stomach first, and if from the thighs, then the thighs first, then the stomach. Pinch the skin for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Next, massage with your fists, or rather with your knuckles. The main thing is not to hurt yourself. Rub the thighs clockwise for 3 minutes.
  5. Now rub your stomach intensively with the help of your fists. Also rub it from one side to the other from top to bottom and vice versa for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Now knead all parts of the body one by one, and finish as you started by stroking for 2-3 minutes.

During the day, give yourself a quarter of an hour, because it is not so much and you will get the result in two weeks. And remember that self-massage should be done regularly. Do at least 15 sessions (every day, maybe every other day or whatever is most convenient for you).
