Many people have chronic diseases – hypertension, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. And many of them do not understand the pathophysiology of the disease and do not receive treatment, due to which the state of health deteriorates.<\/p>\n

Let’s consider the causes of the disease related to an unhealthy lifestyle and external factors (environmental pollution, improper use of medical drugs, use of household chemicals that are toxins for the body, body care products, cosmetics, etc.), since these are the most common factors.<\/p>\n

Asthma<\/em><\/h2>\n

Fact: Many symptoms are actually the result of our body trying to heal itself. For example, most people are chronically dehydrated. They don’t drink enough clean water. And water is one of the main components of blood. When the body is dehydrated, it tries to reduce the loss of moisture, most of which is lost through respiration. So, in order to preserve this moisture, our body narrows the bronchi and releases histamines.<\/p>\n

Histamines make breathing difficult, that is, it becomes more difficult for a person to inhale and exhale. Due to such a protective mechanism, a disease (asthma) develops, and in addition to the fact that a person needs to drink more water (this reduces the concentration of histamines), it is necessary to take antihistamines (for example, Ebast<\/a>) and bronchodilators (for example, Aminophylline<\/a>), which make the bronchial tubes relax and facilitate the passage of air. This prevents complications of asthma and its further development.<\/p>\n

Hypertension<\/em><\/h2>\n

Another example is high blood pressure. Often the cause (or one of the causes) of increased pressure is too thick blood and narrowed vessels, in particular capillaries. In order to continue to provide normal blood circulation, the heart must work with great effort. And this increases blood pressure. Therefore, hypertension is often not an independent disease, but a symptom. The body tries to “push” thick blood through narrow vessels. After all, if blood and oxygen do not reach the cells of the body, such cells die.<\/p>\n

In a healthy body, the blood does not thicken and there is no need to “push” it with high pressure. If a person drinks enough water and eats food rich in fatty acids (for example, omega-3), the blood thins naturally and the pressure is normal. It is easier to prevent a disease than to treat it.<\/p>\n

If a person already has hypertension, it is necessary to take antihypertensive drugs. These substances normalize the tone of arteries and other vessels, affect certain metabolic processes, thanks to which the pressure becomes normal. This treatment prevents heart attack, stroke, eye and kidney diseases. Also, most patients with high blood pressure and coronary heart disease should take antiplatelet agents, such as Plavix 75<\/a>. This is a blood thinning type of medication. The medication can inhibit blood from coagulating to prevent unwanted blood clots in blood vessels and to keep blood flowing smoothly through the body.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
