But it is possible to be treated with drops and tablets only in the initial stages. Therefore, it is better to protect your eyes from the sun. There are many ways to help keep your eyes healthy, but the easiest thing anyone can do is to buy an accessory like sunglasses, but there are a few rules to follow.<\/p>\n

There are several types of glasses:<\/p>\n

– decorative glasses;<\/p>\n

– ordinary sunglasses that most people have;<\/p>\n

– glasses with an increased degree of protection – they are usually prescribed to those who suffer from diseases of the retina.<\/p>\n

Before buying, you should consult with an ophthalmologist and find out which type of glasses is best for you. If you have farsightedness or nearsightedness, it would be better to choose corrective glasses: such an accessory will not only protect you from the sun, but also give you the opportunity to do your business without straining your eyes.<\/p>\n

The first sign by which you can determine the quality of glasses is the lenses. They should never be colored (eg pink, purple or blue), as normal color perception will be altered. The only colors allowed are yellow and brown because they make the light less bright. You can buy good photochromic lenses that change color depending on whether the person is indoors or outdoors, but they are only suitable for people with impaired vision. There are also glasses with polarized lenses, but mostly they are bought only by drivers who are uncomfortable when driving in sunny weather.<\/p>\n

The second sign is the size of the lenses. They should not be narrow, because the skin around the eyes is also exposed to ultraviolet rays, as a result of which wrinkles appear. If the glasses fit loosely, then there will be no protection. At the same time, you should like the glasses and fit your face type, but the larger the size of the lenses, the better the protection of the lens of the eye. The variety of glasses is very large; you need to choose the most comfortable ones for yourself.<\/p>\n

The third sign is the material from which the lenses are made. It is best to buy glass lenses, as they are guaranteed to protect against ultraviolet radiation, unlike plastic ones, which, despite this disadvantage, are lighter. Plastic glasses can be preferred only if special dyes were added to the lenses during manufacture, which absorb sunlight without harming the eyes.<\/p>\n

Glasses that are cheap are usually not of high quality. It is better to buy glasses of Italian, German or American production, which have markings.
